WHO WE ARE

Jesse Schanzer
President

Jesse is a junior majoring in Finance and Business Economics. He joined EHS as a way of pursuing his interest in Economics outside the classroom. As President, Jesse hopes to bolster the club's value to its members through high quality events and the Honors Membership program. In his free time, he likes to play soccer and read any book he can find on behavioral economics.

Corey Feldman
Vice President of Events and Operations


Corey is a sophomore majoring in Quantitative Economics. He joined EHS because it is a place where like-minded students can share their passion for economics. As Vice President of Events and Operations, he hopes to help bring light to the beauty of economics to the students of Stern. Corey took a gap year in Israel

Raphael Potter

Vice President of Community Engagement and Initiatives


Raphael is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Biotechnology. He joined EHS to further explore his interest in economics, a subject he is further incorporating into his studies. As Vice President of Community Engagement and Initiatives, Raphael hopes to help both EHS grow within the broader Stern club system but to assist the Stern club network to thrive more generally. In his free time, Raphael likes to read, exercise, and listen to music.

Gloria Zheng
Marketing Chair


Gloria is a junior majoring in Finance and Philosophy. She joined EHS because of her interest in Economics, which she studied before ending up with her current majors. As Marketing Chair, Gloria looks forward to growing the club’s presence in the broader NYU community. In her free time, she likes to read and travel to new places.​​

Kelsey Niu
Director of Community Engagement


Kelsey is a junior majoring in Finance and Accounting. Her commitment to EHS stems from her enthusiasm for economics, with a special interest in analyzing social issues through the lens of economics. As Director of Community Engagement, Kelsey is excited to strengthen the relationships and community within EHS. Outside of school, Kelsey spends her time figure skating, working out, and exploring the city.

Tiger Zhu
Operations Chair

Tiger is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Econometrics, with a minor in French. He joined EHS his freshman year and is excited to further explore his interest in economics with EHS this year. As Operations Chair, Tiger works to ensure the smooth running of the club and looks forward to meeting new students who are passionate about economics.

Noam Lipschutz
Events Chair


Noam is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Computing & Data Science.  He joined EHS to develop his passion for macroeconomics.  As the Events Chair, Noam looks forward to spreading the importance of economics to the Stern community.  In his free time, Noam likes to read and play golf. ​
